The target audience is the filing office of the US Patent and Trademark Office
Situation
You need to convince the patent office that you have a well-researched and well-designed idea that will meet the design goals of water purification.
Product
You will produce a patent application using the prescribed template including a description of your design, drawings (by hand or a computer program), how your design is novel and meets the indicated goals.
